WOOF is a dual user-centric solution created to enhance dog and human relationship.
It is an integration of physical and digital products that cover the holistic aspect of pet caring. WOOF also provides unique features that differentiate including subscription-based dog food delivery, personalized food programs, activity tracking collar, automatic feeding machine, and online diagnosis sessions with veterinarians.
We found that most existing digital business concepts in the market are aimed to provide owner comfort with only a few insights on what the dog needs or wants. This means that the products are mostly owner-centric, dog’s emotions are overlooked. Therefore, we propose a solution that is designed for the individual needs of our pets.
WOOF is targeting three extreme user personas including new dog owners, people with a busy lifestyle, and dog-obsessed people. We take their needs and behaviors into account to provide seamless integration of physical and digital products.
The overall concept for product design, branding and UI was validated and developed using real inputs from experts and user observation. The result is a solution that is accurately designed for future advancement in the pet-tech industry.
